Family Name Plaque
Product Description: Perfect plaque to display at home or gift to loved ones.
Customization Details: "Title" should be your familial role/title, last name, or even a phrase. i.e. mom, love, established date, etc. Vinyl color choice would apply to the title.
"Name" should be in the order you want the names to appear on plaque. Make sure spelling is correct. Names will be in black vinyl.
Be advised that I do use artistic liberty when creating your product, meaning some color variations/shades may occur.
Product Dimensions: Each plaque is about 9.5in x 3.25in and 0.5in thick.
