Floral Music Plaque

Product Description: Have your favorite song on display with a beautiful music plaque that includes a lovely flower arrangement! Can be customized with a personal photo, or even a personal song!  

Customization Details: If the song choice does not exist on Spotify, please type the song title and artist name in the note box (please make sure to type it exactly how you would like it to look on the plaque). 

Please select up to 3 flower color options to be included in your plaque. A variety of flower types and greenery will be included to create a beautiful flower arrangement. Be advised that I do use artistic liberty when creating your plaque, meaning some color variations/shades may occur. 

If there is something specific you are looking for, please make sure to include it in the note box at check out and I will try my best to meet your request :)

Product Dimensions: Music Plaques are about 5.75 x 7.75 inches and about 0.5 inches in thickness.
